For minors under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian must sign the application and it must be notarized
The Permitee must be accompanied by an individual who is at least 21 years of age, a holder of a valid CNMI 3 year Driver’s License with at least one year experience operating a motor vehicle, and to follow ALL laws, and regulations that pertain to the operation of a motor vehicle in the CNMI. Failure to comply with the above regulation is cause for revocation of your Permit by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for a period not to exceed 6 months
